Has anyone out there put 19. 5" rims on a cab and chassis? If so what is the biggest tire you can run with them. The sidewall of my stock tires is only about an inch away from my spring u-bolt and that is with a 215 tire. I would really like to run a taller tire since I have a 4. 5" lift on the truck. I already talked to Rickson and they thought that the biggest tire I could run would be a 8r19. 5 which is like a 34"

Thanks for the help.

the 8R19. 5 is 33. 9" tall and 8. 3" wide the largest 19. 5 tire is a 285/70R/19. 5

that is 35. 4" tall and 11. 1" wide. So if you are concerned with the height there is only a 2. 5 or so differance and a 3" width difference.

I am just looking for something that will fill out my wheel well a little more. The 8r19. 5 tires are about the same size as the 235 85 16's that I have on my truck now. I know there must be someone out there with a cab and chassis running ricksons.
