I have run them at 35 psi and they felt much better than 50. I am just not one to carry a big enough load on my personal truck to need them

I run empty probably 99% of the time, thats why I was concerned about the ride. I have a set of 5100 bilsteins waiting to go on. I was planning on a set of 285/75's in a D load range to help improve the ride, but only getting around 30,000 miles out of the tires kinda sucks. thats why I was looking at the ricksons with either 245's or 265's. Will the 265's clear ok with just a front end leveling kit?

On a 3rd gen the 265's on Rickson steel wheels will clear with no lift at all. On a 2nd gen, I don't really know, but think you might need a couple inches in the front.

To answer your question, the cheapest I found by far was Les Schwab. Think about your service after the sale. They kiss my butt every time I return. Heck, I go there to air up every time I carry our camper, which has been prolly 8 time this year already! They will negotiate, talk to the right person (asst or gen. mgr) See sig, I like (not love) my Hankook's. Will research a ton before buying them again. They look good, have great wet traction, lousy snow traction, great dry traction. They howl at highway speeds and follow ruts, and are rough empty, tho from what I have heard, most 19. 5 tires are the same. What I can tell you is, when you have your camper loaded up, these wheels/tires are absolutely unstoppable. Worth every penny. 'Nuff said. Happy campering!

I have been had Rickson steel wheels for almost 3 years now and love them. The only issue I had with the powder coat is when a local shop knocked the weights off the took off some of the finish. They were just sloppy. I just got them back from Rickson's. I just changed my Hankooks out for Goodyears. The rides is awesome.

Ordered 6 MKW T10 aluminum wheels today, and will put Hankook 245 DH01s on the back, and Hankook AH11 on front. I'll post pics and a full report when they're on and I have a few miles on them. $3500 complete with nuts, caps, mounting, balancing, and taxes. I hope the ride isn't too much rougher, but in the end it doesn't matter. I need the extra capacity for safety and piece of mind.

I think the look of the Vision wheels is starting to grow on me. Not only would they be lighter, but it would get the tires out closer to the edge of the fender, maybe even past it a little bit. I'm just not crazy about how the stock wheels keep the tires tucked inside the fenders a little bit, and I'm guessing the steel ricksons would do pretty much the same thing.
