2015 Ram 2500 6.4 Hemi.....EVIC/Electrical oddities

2016 5.7 Hemi, 1500 truck.......clattering from MDS

Wow more YouTube eye clutter but this shows the car being built from casting steel to a smiling young lady beaming with pride for her new car.

It shows so many techniques hand spot welding, gas welding, soldering body seams, painting w/o masks, even putting fasteners in your mouth for easy install with a Yankee screwdriver it goes on and on showing construction details but this doesn't have engine assembly it arrives totally built.

Is this one of the earliest unibody cars?

OK now I gotta get busy and do something.

I wonder how many folks have a yankee screwdriver in their toolbox... I do. First used one when I joined the Air Force. Good old Yankee technology. I have a BS in Industrial Technology, so love assembly line, product manufacturing processes, and process improvement.

America can do anything better than any other country, when we want to.

Thanks for the video. I also like the videos of the Ford Model T assembly lines.

Cheers, Ron
