1992 W250 Getrag 360, driveline clicking noise

I have recently been hearing noise when shifting through the gears in my truck. It only happens if I give it a good amount of throttle at lower rpm, and is most noticeable immediately after shifting into 4th gear accelerating. It sounds like a loud click/tick noise, only does a few clicks at a time when it happens. My truck has injection pump turned up, 366 gov spring, fuel pin, 60mm h1c and 5x13 injectors. The transmission is shifting as it always has, and does not seem to be making any odd noises. Transfer case does seem to be rattling a bit more than usual. Any insight into this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
