1993turbo diesel retrofit

I have a 1993 turbo diesel that i am interested in retrofitting into a 1975 travco class a motorhome i am not sure about the wiring hookup part of things and would like to have the motor prewired to run before i put the motor in any ideas. I would appreciate any tips or ideas

Welcome to the TDR. Sounds like a neat project. Since you're tackling such a project, it's assumed that you have some mechanical knowledge. Can you give us an idea of your automotive electrical knowledge, so we can better assist? What was the original powertrain, and which transmission will you be using?

It has been done on here , way back early on and i know that Autoworld in Montana did one , you might look up in the
conversion discussion . The wiring wont be a issue . basicly you can either use your donor truck wiring
or just simple enough just add what you need to make it run you just hook the ignition hot to the pump
and your alternator wiring should work with whats in your motor home or you can get a rebuild shop to build you a one wire unit
and the grid heaters can run with a push button and the fuel heater can be aftermarket or look up the wiring for that of which is only a cuple of wires.
