Here's the deal, people like Forrest, Vaughn, and many others have been making lots of power with the 12V Cummins for well over 10 years now. We've heard all the warnings from Cummins, Bosch, and others about what you don't want to do to these engines, pumps, so on, but it's a proven fact that a '95 can be made to run MORE than 230hp/605ft/lb for a whole lot less than $4500, relatively smoke free. It's just a fact. There's lots of them out there.
