Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 1994 1ton 240 hp?

I was just on the dodge diesel database and it says that a stock 94 1 ton has 240 hp. Can some one explain this? I thought the 12V only went to 215.

A stock 94 1-ton 5-speed is 175hp, and the auto is 160hp.

It must be a typo on the 3D page, I assume.

You're right that the 12V only went to 215hp in the trucks, but there are many other 12V's in other applications that are way over 215hp (I. E. , 370hp marine 12V).
