Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 1994 exhaust banks brake

I just picked up my new service truck has a banks exhust brake on it but it doesn't work the switch on the shifter lights up when I turn it on but the brake doesn't work any ideas what to check ? Well I guess my dream has come true and I moved to Australia but anyway

The Banks brake has a lot of things it tries to do it is more complex than most.I would contact Banks to request at least an install guide.It should come with some basic trouble shooting guides as I recall.

Found the problem to be a broken vacuum line . Any do or donts I should know about exhaust brake operation?
