Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) correct fuel pressure?

Mounted on passenger side of engine block just ahead of bell housing. Can't find it in online parts listing. Leaking fluid. Part number? Source?

It was a Cummins part, shows not available now. They called it a "Torque Convertor Oil Cooler." It's commonly called a Heat Exchanger. These were the part numbers they used for it. Maybe you can find a NOS online. If not, you'll have to go to the junk yard.

It's currently bypassed in favor of two car sized coolers up front. May have to stay that way. Looks like a real PTA to R&R anyway.

It does serve a purpose, more warming cold fluid than cooling hot fluid I think. You should be fine with it bypassed. The ones on the 2nd Gens are pretty much bulletproof unless you live in the north and they rust out. The ones on the 3rd Gens were VERY problematic.

Yep, fortunately warming fluid isn't that much of an issue here in N. GA. And I don't drive ti in freezing weather anyway. But cooling when running a 30K GCW is a big issue.

This is where I got mine, still shows up this many years later.
