Member HHuntitall has (or had) a couple of these trucks at one point. It's been several years now and details are fuzzy . I believe one was originally a gasser/auto that he converted into a diesel with an NV4500.
Look at the back seats and center console. Look like factory parts for sure. If it was a conversion it looks done right from what few pictures are available. And it's a long bed to boot . Really nice .

What about it do you think is a scam?

I've personally seen one of these in the flesh. Was very seriously contemplating buying one from member HHuntitall a few years back but the interior needed some work as well as a few mechanicals, it was a bit more of a project than I was looking for and just ended up getting a newer truck instead.

Heres Hhuntitall's rigs, both gen 2 crewcabs. The white one is the one I was looking at. I know he sold the white one, not sure on the silver one. Part of me still really regrets not jumping on it when I had the chance.

They're not factory, but use factory parts. The company who did most of them was Bayer Auto. used to be www.bayerautoinc.com no idea if still in business

I agree not factory! But the cosmetics look good. So who ever did them were pros. Looks like the back doors were back doors off a ford crew cab, maybe chevy but I will bett (5 cents) their ford
