Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I was really geting excited about all this talk on the 215 hp pump and thinking with me having a 1996, 5 speed that I was one the lucky ones to have it. Then I read, its true in any state but California. Is this true or what?? Its not enough getting the shaft on fuel costs, local tax, city tax, county tax, sales tax, income tax, etc. etc. etc. etc. But the great state of California is taxing the HP on my truck also?
