Hi the truck has been slightly modified. larger housing on stock turbo, boost is 32 psi, all necessary gauges, 4" exhaust,

Banks #5 fuel plate, 3K gov. spr. , fluidamper, KD pin kit, Heavy duty transmission and dual air intake manifold.

Interested in advice or any experience anyone has with selecting injectors for the set up I have. Motor has 180K mi on it,

320 HP, 600 ft/lb. EGTs are low 1000F ther is room to alow more fuel. I was considering DDP-75 HP injectors.

Any ideas would be appreciated!!

Go with the DDP's, that is what I have and they are awesome. I did a lot of research and calling around to different diesel shops across the country and everyone of them said DDP are the best for our 12V's.

I recently added DDP 75 hp injectors along with a new BD Super B Turbo. Truck makes great power, but it is a bit hazy at idle, and it will smoke like a locomotive if you get carried away.

yes, it hazes at idle, and if I grab a bunch of pedal, it will blacken the sky. I've found the truck smokes less when it's all the way to operating temperature, and if I stay in the sweet spot and slowly feed throttle it smokes a lot less. God forbid I get on it before I'm making boost. Kind of embarrassing.

Don't blame the injectors 100% look at your turbo and plate choice.....
