Stumbled on the old tape, I think I bought it when I first joined TDR.
A few things I noticed on this tape.
Nobody is under the age of 50.
Not a whiff of black smoke anywhere, nadda. Zip. Nothing. Not a wisp.
Everybody was having a good time, even with lack of smoke.
I did see Bruce Mallison and Mark Chapple,(pioneers of Cummins power) were there, grinning ear to ear. No doubt planting the seeds of future smoke trees.
There was a sled, but only one truck was hooked to it, and they did not film it very well.
There was music in the background, but I have a feeling all the mufflers were still in place.
Somebody shot at a fake deer with an imaginary gun, and darned if it did not go down.
I may have missed them, bit I'm pretty sure there were NO STACKS.
