Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 1998.5 dodge missing when under a load

I have a 1998.5 dodge 1ton that is missing when under a load. Any ideas on what's going on. I have changed the lift pump, put pressure on fuel tank to check for leaks. I'm at a stand still.

Have you changed the fuel filter recently. Also need to verify what fuel pressure you are running at idle and under load. A fuel pressure gauge is one of the more important upgrades on a VP44 engine. Lets you know if there's an issue before you damage your VP and is very useful in troubleshooting problems like this.

Also need to check for any codes. You will need a scanner to do so.

Also are you running stock or tuned? I have a set up that misses a little during cold weather but runs fine above 55 degrees.
