I dont know of a PDF version. But here is the paper version from Geno's

I also just noticed on Tech Authority doing a basic search it stops at 2000, did not try an older VIN. Just the basic menus.

All helpful tips but still can't come up with a pdf owner's manual. If anyone has a copy they can send I can trade a pdf copy of the Service Manual or a pdf copy of the parts manual.
