1999 E350 ford van spare tire tool

I was going thru one of the vans at work and see it doesnt have the tool to lower the spare tire down or the jack . #@$%! . the jack isnt an issue i can get that anywhere even though im ticked. but i need a tool to lower tire. Does anyone know where I can get one besides leaving my wallet at the ford dealer. Thanks
