JBOONE: I have some 2000 steel wheels that I sometimes use on my 95. The offsets are about 1" different, so the newer wheels will sit inboard about 1" more that a 95 wheel. The front wheels will bolt directly on and reduce clearance to the control arms to about 1/2". This hasn't been a problem for me.
To use the late model wheels on the rear, you will have to shave off about 1/16" from the outside edge of the brake drum. A brake shop can do this on a regular brake drum lathe.
I'm not near my truck right now, so I can't check on wheel width, but I think the stock steel (not chrome) late model wheel is the same width as the 95 wheels.
