1st gen, 2nd gen manifolds the same?

Are the first gen manifolds and the 2nd gen the same. Can you put a 2nd gen on a 1st gen?

Exhaust manifold 12 valve yes. Intake manifold 12 valve has the same bolt pattern, but could have small differences as far as accessories. Oh and fuel drain manifold 12 valve no. Fuel drain on 1st gen returns to the fuel tank. Fuel drain on 2nd gen 12 valve returns to the fuel filter housing. Hmm can't think right now of any other manifolds.

Is the intake bolt pattern the same so we can put a twin ram set up on?

Intake bolt pattern is the same; injector lines get in the way of a Twin Ram, though.
