I'm working on a 92 W350 extended cab and the floors are shot! Anyone know of a place to get good quality replacement floor pans?

JC Whitney has universal ones , how ever some time this spring maybe LMC there might be a web site called vintage power waggon parts

Get some flat steel and make your own, that's what I did for my 77 power wagon, if you have a cut off wheel and a welder its not that hard to do.

I believe they are available. Trying to think where I saw it.

When I get back in the house I will check.

Please Standby....

Depending upon how bad your floor boards are . You could use fiber glass cloth and and put that in the floor , ive done that to a 73 i have that had some pitting with small holes and its sill going strong today and that was 20 years ago

Take a good look at the cab mounts, and the inner rocker panels as well, if the floor is bad there is a good chance they will be bad too

BSchwarzli, have I ever said, "You rock!" to you? 'Cause you do.... I've been looking as I know my '93 will need a driver pan this summer when I pull the mat and fix the hole I had for the NV4500 swap correctly..... Nobody has 'em in stock or have any idea when they'll be available..... Thanks for the link!! :D

The headliner material sticks to a glossed cardboard shell. The shell is held up by the trim. Behind that is metal surface and without that liner the interior of the truck is super loud!! I know from experience. Lol

You will need to pull the sagging liner off it, using a brush scrape the old foam and glue off till smooth cardboard again, spray with super sticky gorilla booger type glue and roll new headliner material onto it.

Will take about 3 hours total. Cost about $100. Easist woth 2 people. Have done mine 2x in 11 years. Mostly cause I didn't clean all the remnants off the first time. ;):-laf

Google auto headliner kits and you will find many sites offering the kits in your color complete with glue.

IF you like it enough any thing can be fixed, I put new floors, cab corners, and inner and outer rocker panels on a 77 power wagon.
