1st. Gen Fuel Gauge Sender

I'm looking for a fuel gauge sender for the fuel tank on a 1st Gen. Does anyone know of a source?
I see that Geno's shows a gauge sender module for the '94 - '96 trucks(P/N-4797738). Does anyone know if I might be able to make a later model sender work?
Could a sender module from a gasser tank be made to work in the diesel tank?

Does anyone have a good stock sender (or complete tank unit) they want to sell?

iirc the design of the gauge operation changed in 94.Before that all chrysler products used the same resistance for the tank units,They were serviced as an assy not separate componets like the second gens

First gen units operated between 8 and 90 ohms(empty to full)
