Does anybody make a replacement yet? Something that will bolt right in and allow a person to re-install their A/C condenser on front of it?

Or are we still trying to fit in 2nd gen or Powerstroke intercoolers? I thought Piers made one... but didn't see it on their site anymore.

Or... does anyone make custom intercoolers? I took mine off and put a few psi of air pressure to it. I've got about 8 very small pinholes in places where I really can't JB Weld. I think its shot and need to get it replaced. But these very important pieces seem to be nowhere on the radar.

Don't alot of other 1st gen owners need intercoolers as well? :)

CGJ

CG&J Gadsen Alabama. Manufacture. I got one there last winter. New. They will custom make one I believe. The catalog lists 2 models for Dodge. Lots of others.

I got one from PDR several years ago. It's not listed on the site, it was a side project run by Mark, Nascar Mark on here. It's basicly a recored unit with larger cross tubes. I had to send in my end tanks for cores, but I heard they didn't need them any more.

Either send Mark a PM, or call PDR and ask for him.

I've been running one from Joe Hellmann for 3 years now.

I know it is bigger and more efficient than PDR or a Banks.

It was a one off custom, as big as I could fit and still retain a/c.

Should have pictures in a couple days.

He can make the inlet and outlet 2. 5, 3, or 3. 5". Mine are 3. 5"

Duralite makes one for 1st gens p/n DODAC-70A There site doesn't tell you much but they are good coolers with silicone grommets sealing the tank instead of welding. Not sure where you can buy them in the US but heres there site for contact info.
