That's all part of research and development, SargeantRay.... Surely he intends to follow proper procedure... I'm sure we'll get a chance at it. At least tease him until he'll at least race it a time or two.... Got all those ponies, you need to let them gallop.....

Yes sir general HH. That's what I've been trying to do. Make my goat strong and tough, like an anvil. Bschwarzli is already surprised my goat didn't break a lot earlier....:--)

question where can I get a strong rebuild kit for my 90 with the 727 3 speed. want something that can take the abuse of plowing. live in Michigan and I put it through Hell this year. thinkin its time for some tlc for the old girl. Not sure if this is the right spot , kind of new here. don't need anything for the highway just something strong enough to beat on.

Being a 727, many of the muscle car facilities will be able to help you. A&A trans, Mancini Racing, etc would be some of the places I would start.

Welcome to the funny farm too! :)

thanks it's been a pain replacing lines all winter , but it's been fun dragging all the ovals and bow ties out and finishing the job for them. She held together this far been the fourth year I plowed hauled rammed and made black snow with it so I figure it earned its spot in the barn and some upgrades for the summer work season to start in April.

Funny farm? Is that because all the people here seem funny? :D

Warner, you might try www.transmissioncenter.com Those guys have all the parts, and even the parts to convert your 3 spd to an overdrive... if you wanted. There is also Blumenthal's in OK City. They have everything, too. Both have in-house convertor guys that do their work for them. I've used both, and both have earned my respect and treated me very well. I prefer Blumenthal's, as I can have it the next day, even that day if I want to drive 2.5 hrs. PATC has more selection of high performance products, such as the Dodge conversion shift solenoid, replacement housings, billet everything, and even reamers and oversized valves for damaged or worn valve bodies!!

Hhhuntitall: this thread has been called the funny farm on page one..... Loooong time ago.:D:D:D

Nice info on the 727. My brother in law has one in his 1991 CTD. This would be a good info for him.

Warner: good for you on showing the ovals and bow ties who's boss and still the boss of the pick up truck world. I turn snow, buildings and vehicles black as well :D :D

She's old an beat up but in the process of gettin a new bed and body work on the cab and front end. get it some paint and then not only out pull and push em but look better too

Bah, I don't worry about paint and body work... not many get a good enough look at it as I pass, and no one can see after I go by, so what's the point?

OH, I forget.... you yanks get three months out of the year where you have nothing better to do than work in your barns and push snow around...... :-laf

We are heading into our 5th month of cold and snow. :-laf

Mr. HH, come up to canada for a visit for a month.

Yea we've been buried since December. Sick to death of snow ready for a break anytime now. Hell bout ready to head south just to see the sun for a min

Yesterday was funny, doing trucking jobs. I had to wait for a load that was important but wasn't t finished yet. While waiting around, I spoke to other truckers. Snow started coming down and I can see people grumbling and cursing.

A lot of people are tired of this winter.

I think spring is just around the corner....

Yea their gettin crazy. I've been messing with people telling them we're gonna get snow until April watching them get all excited. It's finally warming up a little bit here.

Warner: hahaha! It doesn't take much for people to curse if it's even a small "snow is gonna be around until....." Joke. :-laf

Already had to clean the long laneway for a cranky woman. She barely makes it out, comes home, snows even deeper, leaves fancy warm SUV, walk to the house through deep snow, eat, watch tv, then wait more for me to come.

Then she's had enough of waiting, (I'm on the road trucking) goes back to SUV, tried to drive through, gets stuck. Calls her husband (my friend) in Florida, she not happy at all. Husband texts me, to help get her out.

I get home, fire tractor up, spend an hour to clean their laneway.
