2.25 Series Shocks, look what the UPS Man brought today

Will the 2. 25's work with KORE billet towers?



I just bought an older Chase system that has the Bilstein 7100 shocks. I'm thinking about upgrading.

My custom air ride is going to be 3" over stock in front and 2" over stock in rear. The rears will be stock length, even though it's +2", the fronts will be about 4" shorter than stock length, but I will need about 8-10" of travel since the bag can be deflated/inflated. Please let me know if there is such a combo. I know you're busy so no rush.

I'll even put a huge Lorenz banner on my truck if you throw in some Walker Evans racing wheels with some toyos.



In all seriousness, I will probably be calling you about these. Ive been waiting for something like this. some of the pits here for the NMDRC series are pretty rough and I would like the truck to handle the trailer a little better. Just dont have the need for the heat dissipation of the remote res's on this truck. This sounds like the ticket for my ride... maybe some for the enclosed trailer as well.

The 2. 25 Series Shocks are about the same lengths as the Bilstein 7100's weld tops, but that shock tower may be too short. To be sure, take a measurement, and post a picture of your tower next to a tape measure. How tall is that tower from the base to the shock mounting bolt? 4. 5"?



Shoot me an email and we can work out an upgrade price with some of my towers and the new shocks?

SAW= Industry jargon for Sway-A-Way's. SAW is easier to type. Here are the Technical specs on all of the SAW products. This is the other side of my business. Part #'s won't match because these ones aren't valves to spec. Any orders that come from this site have generic valving as well.

Eyes swivel with hiem bearings, the 2. 25 have heim joints. Shocks with bushings like the OEMs do not swivel. The Bilstiens 5100's and Fox 2. 0 have bushings.

Camera phones are great when you forget the good camera and don't feel like pulling the shocks off the truck again for a photo op.

I installed my new Sway-a-way 2. 25 shocks last week and I can not believe how much a difference in ride there is. These things are flat out awesome!



I did a lot of research and calling around before i chose these shocks. Sean was excellent to deal with. My application is somewhat custom (Kelderman Lift) so Sean called Kelderman to make sure of the measurements and that the 2. 25 shocks would work for me. He had them valved for the cummins and shipped up. The install was easy, and now my truck rides like a dream



When I get a chance I will get some pictures posted of the install.

I am really interested in the saw 2. 25's. have you had any experience running them in a colder climate? its -40*F here in the winter and I wouldn't want to have any problems.

Sadly, no. I installed the shocks and headed out on a road trip. I got back home and was on my way to wash the truck up for some pictures and my clutch blew up and my truck has been sitting torn apart since. I am going through a conversion to an automatic and it is taking a bit of time to get it completed. I will get some pics as soon as it is mobile :-laf
