2.4 Nav update/flash

We had the latest flash/update done on the Nav about 10 days ago. I'm still trying to use it daily to see if it fixed other problems like the "voice" saying turn right while the maps arrow shows turn left. I still have my fingers crossed that it has been fixed.

Is anyone who has this newest update having any issues? It seems that now when the engine is started the ventilation automatically defaults to defrost on the panel and in the climate screen. I have to manually go in to change it back each time. So far I haven't found a way to manually change this back permanently. I do have a call into them but was wondering if anyone else had the problem or a solution. Hugs, Di

Is your display set for North up or direction of travel up? Does it give the wrong command every time or just some of the times? If you went around the block would it give the wrong command at the same intersection every time?

Before the flash, it happened intermittently while traveling through 5 states. Since the flash/update, it has happened twice in about a 3 week period. Once in Minnesota and once in Iowa.
Yes, the travel direction is North up. When it happens again {If we are in just the truck} I can go around the block to see if it repeats.
I'm going to try and keep a record of each time the ventilation defaults to defrost as it did not do it today for the 1st time. Di

I had all that Nav updating done last week. So far no problems, but keeping my fingers crossed!!
