2 inches to low

I carry about 1100 # 's over stock. My truck rides on overloads= bumpy ride.

What is the best way to get the back of my truck up 2-3".

Can't say on a ram......

But I had my springs reworked on my Dakota and with all the weight I carried in it they held up fine. Go to a spring shop and tell them what you want to accomplish and they should be able to set you up. That would be the best way to go.
