I have 2 injectors pumping a lot of air bubbles and little fuel,

the other 4 injectors are pumping good with no air coming from there injector lines,

I have bled the two bad ones for over an hour and still the same thing.

Any help?

Must have a crack in the two lines leading to those injectors. Did you bend the fuel lines out of the way to install new or service the existing ejectors?

Is there any fuel dripping back across the other side of the engine or on top?

is it the front to #1#2? if so the over flow/return press cheak valve could be stuck open. try this before you buy a pump crimp off the return line from the back of the pump (the line turns to rubber behind the filter) if thats to hard to get to crimp the line at the tank. this will alow even a weak lift pump to fill the inj pump dont run the truck crimped for long return pres builds fast when theres no place for it to go. good luck and I hope you don't have to buy a p pump.

if I'm thinking right it would have to be in the banjo bolt on the head side of the pump in the front. as far as the system goes this would make sence to maintain inj pump feed press but I am not totaly positive. did you pinch off the rubber line to see if that helped?

The overflow valve is a specialized banjo bolt.

It is located in the very front passenger (next to the head) side of the injection pump. It is the banjo that connects the return line to the injection pump.

Thanks for the help guys, I have other things keeping me from working on the truck right now,

In a day or two I'll wrench on it some.

A little more info, I have not had the pump, lines, injectors or anything else off of truck.

It just started running rough , so I changed the fuel filter- found some grit and a little water in filter, at that point I cleaned the pre-filter and then pulled the fuel tank and cleaned it.

put it all together and still runs the same, pumping alot of continuous air out of front injector line and 4th one back.

Keep those ideas coming ! I am trying to stay away from replacing injector pump,

If possible !!!

Hopefully you didn't get some water or crud into the pump and gall the plungers on 1 and 2, maybe they're sticking? I would call a good pump shop or Piers Diesel and see what they think. Hope you get to the bottom of it. If you had the right socket you could take those delivery valves off and pull out the little pieces and see if you find anything amiss. http://www.piersdiesel.com/TechDV12V.htm
