How do you guys bleed all those filters?
Seriously, I'm getting the GDP 2 micron kit for my truck and trying to figure out how to bleed it, you guys must be at it all day!

Bleed? I've changed filters many times but never had to bleed it. Never had an issue. Turn the key and listen to the pump come on till it stops then bump the starter one time and listen and wait for the pump to stop one more time and then I'm done. She always fired up and no stumble either.

AH64ID, Do you "bleed" yours?

I'm trying to figure out where. Inside the bed on that pocket on both sides or under the bed? My FS1218 & BF584 is next to the transfer case and I have no room down there for this type of filter.

Yeah in the pocket, come out of the fuel tank and slightly up to the inlet, not ideal but should work fine. Hang it as low as possible. There is no other room anywhere on the truck for one of those filters.

Thats all I do. Bump it a few times. The OE pump moves a bit of fuel, so two bumps will fill all the filters with ease.
