You can see the truck i got in my sig i put a 2" leveling spacer up front but now when i have even a small load it makes the truck look like a Ford with saggy bottom. I cant afford right now to put bags or expensive springs back there but i was looking at adding a leaf. i think it say it adds 2 1/2 " . I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on this issue. Also what is involved installing this add a leaf to the rear spring packs? How difficult.

The add a leafs are only like $60.

Will this give to big of a nose down apperance... i would rather nose down empty than saggy bottom with a 4 wheeler only.

Thanks for any response

I had the same issue on mine, in my case it was more something that caught my eye that i didnt like. i like the look of the slight rake from the factory, so i was in your same shoes when i installed my leveling kit. i went down to my local spring and suspension shop and bought a 1" block and some u bolts, they leveled the truck out nicely, i could have probably got away with a 1. 5" block, but that was a quick easy fix without changing my spring rates or anything like that. total cost was $40 for blocks (solid steel with indents/tab)

and $40 for u bolts and hardware, a lil high i thought but it worked if you want a pic let me know.

it will look great

i have a 99 quad cab 3500 4x4 with a 2 inch level kit and a 1 1/2 to 2 inch add a leaf with no load it sits on a slight angle and loaded with a 20 foot box trailer it sits level

What is the best leveling kit? I am looking for a set but would also like the control arms included in the package. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Ian
