2 Wheel Drive Lift Kits?

I've been looking but unable to find a suspension lift kit for my 2003 2 Wheel Drive 3500. i want to raise the front end about 2 inches to level the truck out. My insurance won't cover me with a body lift and wont cover anything over 3 inches of lift altogether. So does anyone know of a kit that will level my 2 Wheel drive out?

This has been an on going problem for us 2wd owners. There is nothing out there. Daystar makes poly spacers that go on top of the springs and that will jack you the 2" you need.
