I know this topic has been well discussed but I havent found what I want.

What I want is a kit that will do away with all of the vacuum for the CAD. What I mean is have a mechanical style switch instead of a vacuum control switch. Has it been done?

A 'Posi-Lok' kit does away with all of the vacuum parts on the CAD and replaces it with a cable operated system.
