There's been a couple guys get 20s that I recall. Biggest problem is getting the correct offset so they don't stick way out and look retarded. Very very limited number of wheels available that match the stock specs of +40mm offset and 6. 0 inch backspace @ 8" wide rim.

Weld Racing is doing a custom run of proper offset 18" and 20" in their Cheyenne wheel just for the HD Dodge Rams.

Tire size? I think 305/50/20 is the only size available that has adequate weight rating for our trucks which is over 3000 lbs per tire.

I havent been around much lately but just by browsing around... . Are they realy making 20's for sure for our trucks?

Nick

I have not been able to find any rims with the right offset, but Nitto makes a 305/55/20 that is load range E 10 ply. I called Discount tire today and talked to them about it, $311 each in stock.

From going on tirerack.com theres plenty of tires for 20" wheels that will go on our truck with 3000+ weight capacity... .

Nick, I saw a lot of choices in 305/55/20 which are all 3000+ but what other sizes go above 3000? I didn't see any when I was looking but I was focused more on tires around 31" diameter.

The person who is behind getting proper-offset wheels from Weld is Kent from T-Rex Engineering (racing suspension guy :) )

BFG has 2 tires scheduled for 2nd Q, a 325/60 and a 285/55 AT I think.

I like the ARE Teflon Mojave (back ordered) but prefer a 20x9 or so with about 4. 5 or more BS which is similar to to the 17x9 eagle alloy's on my truck now which look "right" on my truck with the wider warn flares.

I'll pull this trigger, but not until I find a more reasonably priced wheel in a agreeable width/offset. I don't care for the tread to be sticking out (Have a comp buggy for that) on my street truck/hauler.

I heard about the 18's but not the 20's.

Is this a Weld deal or a Weld/T-Rex deal?
