Does anyone have any pictures of what this might look like. I assume that I may have to install a spacer kit in the front to accomodate the bigger tires, they should be about 35. 4 inches tall. What is death wobble that I read about. Your help is much appreciated.

I don't know, but I plan to run the BFG all terrains in a few months when they come out. Likely go with the black teflon mojave 20x10. I wish i could find deeper backspacing but I'm not willing to spend 2k on wheels to do it.

I have been looking for someone with that application for some time now. I really want to see the application before spending the money. Yes the 2" front leveling kit is needed. Nitto grapplers 325-60-20 are nice a bit pricey though around 390 a piece. The only rims I have found with close enough backspacing to stock are weld wheels 20x9. 5 with 6. 125" backspace. If you have any luck finding a photo let me know... ... I believe a member BCARMICLE is running this application but has no photos posted.

JRG- Do you know for a fact that you will need more than a 2" leveling kit to run this rim tire application? I have read replies from a few members that are runnung it and they say 2" is sufficent... ... ... ... ... ...

Rockcrawler,

How far do you think the mojave's will stick out of the wheel wells on the 3rd gen? Have you seen any pic's of these on a ram? I was thinking of those wheels also. I would get the Terra Grappler's though.

Thanks digger

One thing to remember is that the farther the wheels poke out the more lift needed. There are plenty running 35's on the stock wheels with no trouble but those are 17x8 with 6" back space.

The trouble you get into is when you turn your wheel and have a tire/wheel combo that sticks out it makes contact with the fender where the factory wheel allows the tire to pass by that point.

It all comes down to the backspacing on the rim. the more backspace the tires and rims will stick out less. Someone has to be running this application,I hope we will see some photos... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...

Quite a bit. I've got the wider warn flares now and 17x9's with 4. 5" BS. The fit is perfect, IMO, the tire is just inside the outer lip of the flare without coating the truck with crud. I figure if I go to 20x10 with the same BS the tire will get located another . 5 out. I don't think it will look bad but I'l throw more crud on the truck- and have more tire clearance issues. I'm going to lift the entire truck 2" when I go with the 35. 6 " BFG and should be fine compared to my 315's with no lift.

I've been real happy with the all terrains, 39. 5 k out of my first set. Grapplers are a little agressive for a driver IMO, that and I'm loyal to BFG (Krawlers have done me well too  )

It also depends on tire width. At 325 my tires are about 14" wide. 10" rims are the min. for that width. 2" worked for the most part (partial rubbing) but 3" would be optimum. I settled for 2. 5". Keep in mind these are only 33" tall.

I stand corrected, 9. 5" min.

If I liked the rim enough though, I would also run 1/2 narrow. I don't think it would make that much diff.

Ya, any lift? Any rubbing? At 35+" I would think you have to have like a 4" lift.

I like the look of the 325/50/20. Little shorter, and better load rating.
