04.5 is coming up on 200k. Anything I need to do or look at? Recommendations? Other than the general ****. Ball joints, tires, brakes, oil, filters, ect.

coolant flush? brake fluid flush? steering fluid flush?
trans, dif? water pump? t-stat. things to think about. but really, no need to fret if you're fallowing the manual on maintenance.
when mine passed 200K i changed the oil, and kept going. it's now at 250K, no issues. great trucks.

Ditto Kilgore and Killer 223. I just turned 253,000. When I hit 200,000 I got the badge. Just finished a 6,000 mile trip with the 5th wheel. Had to get a new alternator, but that was it. Keep on Driving!

You might look at my columns in the 2012 time frame. I changed out a lot of stuff like alternator, idler pulley, etc. to stay ahead of wear item failures on my 2004. Then, I bought a 2013 anyway!

My 2004.5 has 374,xxx miles and running great. Still running stock injectors. Nothing but maintenance, and still on original transmission. This truck is my mobile office daily driver. Here are some items recently replaced: radiator, rear end seal, alternator, new batteries, upper and lower ball joints. New rack and pinion, new outer tie rods, alignment , new brake calipers pads and rotors, brake fluid flush, new transmission cooler lines. New Rotella conversation oil and Fleet filter. New Fleet fuel filter, cleaned the bowl out real good. She's 99% stock. Only added the Banks Monster Ram intake and heater delete. I'm in Florida.

Whatever it is that you've done to get to 200K, IMO 200K is when things start to mesh together and become the reason you bought the Cummins in the first place, if you've taken care of it the way you should have

JUST DRIVE IT!!!!
