Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 2000 Dodge 2500 CTD purchase?( From Wyoming originally)

I'm going to look at a 2000 Dodge ctd for the wife tomorrow at a dealer here in Az.



It was bought in Wy 10/13/99 and sold in 2004 in Wy with 49K on it, i think to Larimie GM. Sold to someone in Wy, then in 08 to someone in Colorado. then sold to auction.



( 2000 Dodge CTD LB quad cab auto 4x4 champange color)last 4 on vin (4327) Anyone know who owned it?



Anyhow, the wife wants a CTD so we are going to look at it. Its been awhile since I owned a 98-02 CTD, but i used to have a "engine error code" print out that had all the codes.



I'd like to print one out before I got to see if any errors are on it still.



Where can I print out a error code list like I once had???



Any help would be great.

PS: My major concern is to check for inj pump problems without a pressure pump hooked up. .

You may find the previous owners by having a dodge dealer run the VIN. I don't know of any site that has a list of codes. Someone will most likely know. Check to make sure it's not a 53 block. 53 blocks are prone to cracking. Good luck.

Thanks beast2b. I was fumbling around and found this list earlier. Don't ask why, but i thought the Dodge diesels "had their code" etc. i crossed the numbers and they were the same... "My bad" as they say nowadays.

PS: If anyone knows who may have owned that truck in Wy with info provided, it would ne great to talk to them.
