Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 2001 24v codes

howdy,



My cousin has a 2001 that has a intermittant check engine light. I'm not as familiar with the 24v so I wanted to see if anybody could help. I hooked up the scan tool and pulled 8 codes, some repeat.



P0234 turbo boost limit exceeded

P1698 No CCD messages received from PCM

P1689 No comm between ECM and inj pump module

P0236 MAP sensor too high too long

I searched some of the codes and did a little reading, but was not sure if they meant anything in this combination. I'll try to read a little more. Thanks

As far as I know truck is stock, it was not serviced/treated very well before he bought it. I serviced it for him and discovered that it had no air filter for how long I do not know .

I also replaced a bad lift pump a few months ago.
