On another thread, someone said that there is a max fuel rate for the eth/dee. Is this so and can I bypass it. My 2001. 5 seems to flatten out in 5th and 6th gear. It runs like a scalded dog in the lower four. Would upgrading fuel components do the trick? I want, no, NEED more Power!!!.

Not sure what the rate of flow is. A weeks pay if not more depending on what you buy can cure that problem. Have you looked into injectors? Thats the first fuel enhancement I would look into. After that an electronic fueling box is nice to kick on and off when needed on those stoplight to stoplight surges.

If you just go with a box, your still limiting the amount of fuel that could be getting into the combustion chamber, so the big bad box isnt doing any real justice yet.

Beware. More fuel in means more air in is needed and if more air is going in, you need to get more out. Exspensive isnt it.
