2001 Band Adjustments

New to me 01 Sport with 125k original owner miles. Looks like he serviced it a lot!

I don't have my 98 12V any longer and would like to know what the specs are for adjusting the inside and outside bands. Also line pressure adjustment?

Going to do a complete fluid exchange like i always did with my 98.

Nice 01 Sport! With a complete fluid change and transmission maintenance, it should be ready to run many more reliable miles.

Opinions on increasing line pressure and method to do so.

Thanks for the compliment! I really like how the 24v shifts compared to my old 12v.

TransGo Shiftkit is what I did for my transmission to raise Linepressure.

I remember there is a manual adjustment of some type???

perhaps on the RHs, but to my knowledge not on the ECM controlled RE Units.
but maybe I'm wrong with.
but to me it makes just more sense to install a shiftkit that addresses almost all weak points of the transmission and not only the Linepressure.

TransGo Shiftkit is what I did for my transmission to raise Linepressure.

My ‘01 has had a transgo kit since 45,000 miles and currents has just under 230,000, never had over a 65 hp chip on it and never pull with chip all the way on. All original other than that, maintenance also pays off big time!
