2001 replacement ball joints

I know this has come up before regarding off set upper ball joints for the 01 4x4 trucks (which are now available and which I don’t need), but. I took my truck in today to have the front end checked and they tell me I need the left upper and lower ball joints, and the r/inner tie rod end replaced as they are worn out. The problem is that the shop can’t find anyone who makes replacement lower ball joints or tie rod ends for this truck yet. I would like to avoid OEM if I can as the originals haven’t exactly worn well. Do any of you know of an after market supplier of these parts? Thanks in advance.
