2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 2002 4x4 front ball joints....warranty item?

Hey gang,
I did a search on ball joints and seems to be a known problem. The thing I wanted to find out is, my truck should still be under warranty, I am the second owner and it has 32,500 miles on it. All four ball joints are shot, I had new front tires put on and I am getting the wandering steering, they checked the ball joints and showed them to me, the drivers side moved like a 1/2" and the passengers side moved about a 1/4". I am going to order the DSS stabilizer and do something with the track bar, I know there are alot of options for the TB, I just don't know what I want to do with it yet. Anyway, should I try taking the truck to the dealer first and see if I can't get the ball joints covered under warranty? Possibly even the track bar? I couldn't really find much info on people getting theirs done under warranty or not.

I had ball joints and track bar replaced covered by 3/36 warranty. You're under 36,000, but are you under 36 mos?

Ya I think I have two months left on the 36/36000, I just had the title work done and the original title was done in April sometime.
