SoCal meeting?????????????????????

Dave,

When attending the two previous National Rallies at Ceraland, we paid our RV/camping fees directly to Ceraland at check-in. TDR wasn't involved other than getting us the group rates.

You are right about assigning site numbers--they wait until you check-in--that's the way they did in the past.

If you've never been to Ceraland, it's a very nice park and a great place for a Rally.

They have a web site at: http://www.ceraland.org/

That's what I figured, Bill. The person at CERAland didn't seem to know how payment would be handled. She thought we might pay TDR. That does look like a great park - especially for the spouses and kids. Can't wait!Oo.

I'm pretty sure we're in on this. However, what might be available for attractions for my wife? She is a good sport but after looking under the 29th hood at the 29th turbo of the day she is gonna turn mean! If you are familier with the area, please let us know what is around for malls, craft fairs etc. She is a champion shopper and there must be others there as well. This looks like a good time and look forward to being there.

mwilson,

My wife is a champion shopper also. If yours and mine hooked up, we wouldn't have anything left for our trucks!:D

There's a really decent outlet mall shopping center near Columbus, plus Indianapolis has some malls that are flat out as great as any out west.

I'm scheduled to work that weekend, bummer. I'll have to call in dead, all my sick days are gone. :D

Brair's right, There are plenty of oulet mall around Columbus for your wives to spend all your BOMBING money. :{ There is even an outlet mall a little north of Columbus of I-65 that they just put in.

I'm going to try to make it but I don't think I'll have the time have to wait and see.

Hope to finally put some faces with the names:) Wait a minute that could get kind of scary. :p

Columbus Indiana... ... .

CERAland is about 5 miles south of Columbus and its about 1X1. 5 miles in size so there will be no shortage of room for the TDR rally.

CMEP is about 6 miles south of Columbus and 12 minutes from CERAland.

Oh yeah and Walmart is only 8 minutes up the road from CERAland.

Outlet Mall is 8 miles north of Columbus.

Columbus is a pretty nice town, so I hope to see everyone out there!!

Yee Haww!

Guys:

Viv and I are going, already made our reservations at the campground. Still need to send registration money. We could have a big convoy going up. We're heading out early on the morning of the 13th. We need to figure out where and when we can meet up. I'd like to pull into Columbus by 1700.

I'll keep an eye out for everyone going from this area to see if we can get together.

Woo Hoo! Sue and I just blew a hole in the schedule and Faxed the registration. I called CERA Land and reserved a site. Nothing to do now but wait! Oo.

I'll be there.

I'm racing at Putnam Park that weekend; fortuneately, that's only 40 miles west of Indy. So I'll be able to catch the activities on Wed, Thurs, and Fri. :D However, I guess I'm gonna have to miss the show&shine. :( I'm looking forward to it. This is going to be my first TDR event. Now to get a campsite.
