The little rotating or changing billboard at the bottom of the home page on Dodge's website shows 0% APR for 60 months for 2003 2500/3500 trucks, but when you go to the "special deals" area to check out rebates it does not show this rate for any of the three sample zip codes I entered? Anybody with inside information about the rebate situation?? Is there really 0% for 60 months on 2003 2500/3500 QC? I await a response with crossed fingers and toes.

its sure for real in my zip code, 34243, make sure you're highlighting 2003. That 0/1. 9/2. 9 is for 2003's only , till 9/2. For 2004's its 1000 cash back or 1. 9/2. 9/3. 9.

I know Dodge has the 36/48/60 month 0. 0/1. 9/2. 9 deals, they have had that for months, but the changing banner at the bottom of the "4adodge" website which rotates between different model vehicles and the rebate/financing available for the different models shows 0. 0% for 60 months on the 2003 2500/3500 (much better than 2. 9% for 60 months. ) However, the zip code specific rebate chart under the "special deals" section of the websitedoes not match the banner ad, it still shows the 0. 0/1. 9/2. 9. Is the 0. 0 for 60 months for real, or a misprint, or bait and switch, or false advertising??

I was just hoping some dealer who reads this post, like the always knowledgable Mr. Carlton Bale, might have the inside scoop, I would sure love me some 0. 0% financing for 60 months... Whew wee, that would make my labor day ribs taste even better!!

Just remember to negotiate a price BELOW the dealer invoice by at least $500 - $750 as shown on KBB or Carpoint, before you even breathe a word about your trade-in or financing, and you'll likely need a credit score over 700 to get those promotional rates.

Is there a website for carpoint? I do not think KBB does new vehicles, do they?

I just plugged in the zip for Melton Sales in Oklahoma and came up with just what they had quoted me. I can get 0. 0/1. 9/ or 2. 9. But to get the low financing I have to give up the $2500 rebate.

I've pretty well decided to take the rebate which means my financing will be 5. 9% for 60 months. I anticipate putting $8,000 down and paying the principal down quickly to minimize the interest paid.

I just re-checked the Dodge website and the banner ad for 2003 2500/3500 is now changed. It now says 0. 0% for 36 months, not 0. 0% for 60 months like it said for three days earlier this week. Guess they did make a mistake or were using the old bait and switch or lure you into the dealer to set the hook trick. I tell you what since I busted their AS#ES for their "mistake" they ought to give me 0. 0% for 60 months by GOD! :p

they didn't advertise falsely, there are always little asterisks and small text. Although it's misleading, they dont necessarily say there is 0% for 60 months ON 2500/3500. It just happens to be on the same page...

Either way, if you were observant enough to click 'view all special offers' you'd see that it's ALWAYS been 0/1. 9/2. 9 36/48/60 for 2500/3500. yes this deal is real, you'll have to have good credit, and its good till 9/2.

Farm Bureau discount is also renewed for this year, I called yesterday. Join your local farm bureau for around $50 and get $500 off your truck.

0% For Read

Guys:

I was contacted on Friday by the GM of the local dealership (He's also my neighbor) and informed that Dodge is offering until Monday 0% for 60 months on the Heavy Duty Models. I think I'll be trading in my '01 2wd for an '03 4x4 today!

If your credit's good enough to qualify for 0% financing, then it's good enough to qualify for 3. 9 or less from a bank or credit union.

0% financing is almost a scam, you'll save money taking the discount, which is currently $2500. 00.

Just bought and 03, you either get the 0. 0% rate or the $2500 rebate, not both. The 04's only have a $1000 rebate or 0. 0% . at least I couldn't get it in CA

0% I took it!

Well guys:

I went over the financing options with the GM; after figuring my trade-in, a 2001 CTD, we ran the numbers with the 2500. 00 rebate and 2. 9% vs no rebate and 0% financing. It turned out that for me, I was better off with 0% for 60 months. I will save about $300. 00 over the term. That is assuming I don't trade again in 2 years... .

BTW Dodge is also offering free oil changes/lubes for up to 7 years (14 changes) this weekend only.

I am now the proud owner of a 2003 2500 CTD Quad Cab 4x4!

Guess I'll have to change my sig.
