They said they cannot paint a dually Graphite because the rear fenders are painted in a different location and they won't match the rest of the truck

80% of the time, those rear side flares won't match two or three years down the line anyway due to the fade of different substrates. I would just gamble and see if D-C really can get you a graphite truck. Probably would have to sign a waiver on cancelling the deliver due to possible paint mismatch. A one-of-a-kind paint order would be neat. If they did mismatch, it shouldn't cost more than $500 to have a shop scuff and paint them. The auto corporations buy huge volumes of paints mixed at once. One color batch could do 1000 vehicles or more. That is why there are some variants in the paint colors with the same paint codes. A replenishment paint won't always match the prior batch. They also change the formulation just a bit, sometimes intentional and sometimes accidental.
