2003 Fan Clutch

i HAD THE DEALER PUT A NEW FAN CLUTCH ON ABOUT LAST NOVEMBER. NOW THAT IT IS WARM OUT I AM NOTISING THAT UNTIL I AM AT FULL OPPERATING TEMP, THE FAN IS FULLY ENGUAGED FROM 0 MPH TO ABOUT 38 MPH.

WHAT GIVES????

Take a look at the wires that go to the clutch on the inside of the radiator. If they got loose that could be it. The only way to tell for sure is to look at the fan operation with the DRBIII scan tool.
