2003 trans burnt up?

i guess my other post didnt make it on. was driving down the road and it shuttered a little bit when hitting overdrive. i was pulling a trailer with a roller on it. dropped the trailer off and came down the interstate about 70 miles an hour and everything was fine. Exited onto a slower road and transmission was acting funny. pulled into a gas station to check it out and had no gears at all. shut it off and it would drive about twenty feet then kick back out. would do this everytime i shut it off. did i burn it up or is something else going on here?

Did you check the fluid level? Smell the fluid?

2003 trans burnt up

i checked the fluid and it is full. looks a little dark. so im guessing its burnt up!

Are you checking the transmission fluid level with the trans in Park, or neutral. You need to check it with it in neutral.
