2004.5 600 Chips

Looking for some responce for the new 600 diesels. I have just installed an AFE air intake and turbo back exhaust. Need some ideas for after market chips. Looking for horses and mileage.

I have had the DR Performance Stage II. Made the power, did not like the way it made the truck idle and run rough.



Had the Juice/Attitude on for about 2 months. Was very happy with the overall performance and adjustablity. No issues except for my reprogrammed tire size causes the transmission monitoring not to work properly. Edge is working on this issue.



Have the QuadZilla XZillaraider Race box on now. I am also happy with the overall performance and driveability. No issues or codes.



My Juice/Attitude with the HOT program is on it's way back from Edge. I will install it in a week or so and see the difference.



Based on my experience, I would recommend either the Juice/Attitude or Quadzilla XZillaraider depending on what you want to really do. Both have standard versions that on lower settings should improve mileage. I can not verify that, because I can't stay off the higher settings and drive my age.



There are at least 2 or 3 more boxes and a couple of downloaders that I have not got to yet. The way I am going I probably will before its over. So I am sure the satisfied users of other performance products will have there say.

Very satisfied with the TST box. I have been running it for almost 15 months. I have seen a good 2-3 MPG better fuel mileage on the interstate with it set on 3-3 and 4-4

I have had a BullyDog Power Pup downloader installed on my truck for about 10k. I like it no problems I also have the outlook monitor so I keep a eye on the egt. As for milage if I drive it reasonable I can get 1-2 more mpg. It is set on the performance mode (90) hp. Works great but it smokes alot when you first step on the pedal

SBrisco, I had an Edge E-Z on my 04. 5 with the PG7. It performed very well I gained around 2mpg and ran it in +70hp position all the time. Still have the E-Z, the 04. 5 is no more due to paint problems :{ And its for sale seems it won't plug in to the HEMI in my DAYTONA EDITION :-laf

The EZ you have for sale is for the 04. 5 600?? Uses the in cab toggle switch?? I might be interested. If I decide to go with the Edge/Attitude HOT box, I will need a pressure box to stack. Of course I would have a Quad XZillaraider Race box to trade, but I dont think it will work on the HEMI either.

I've run the TST twin version on my truck for several months now, been working fine. Other than a cam, for fuel mileage, & the street/strip twins, the engine is stock. The TST put out 565hp. we tried a Bully Dog Crazy Larry program & it put out 554hp. Tried them stacked, Bully Dog on Crazy Larry & the TST on 7 by 6 and it put 675hp to the ground. We tried going higher on the TST program, but lost hp. Got some injectors coming... . maybe we can break 700 with some new sticks installed.

Is anybody else hearing this? They all said I was crazy when I stacked the bullydog downloader with the TST back about 3-4 months ago. I am glad to see I am not the only one. Maybe the same ones that told me I was foolish and totally ignorant to the electronics would like to step forward now and say that again... ... ... . I know who you are.

Just dyno or racing. You can drive it on the street, but anything beyond the slightest twitch of the throttle pedal is lots of black smoke followed by bluely/white from the tires

I think you could make a stock turbo live with the twins program if you let it wastegate properly.
