2004.5 rocking chair need help!!!!

I have a 2004. 5 with electric seats I got in it today hit the gas(diesel) pedel and the seat rocked back hit the brake it rocked forward#@$%!. Anyone else have this problem

mine and three of my friends have the same exact problem. I gvot so used to it been driving with it for 70,000 miles. It is very slight. Havent really looked at it yet. Probably do it when i hit 200,000
