2004 cab & chassis

Does anyone know if there will be a cab& chassis truck for 2004 and when ?

As I understand it Dodge is going down the same road as Ford this coming year. They are going to have a 4500-5500-6500 series soon. Some are going to offer Mercedes drivetrains and some with the cummins/Allison. I heard this through extensive research on the comp and thru word of mouth. I hope that this is true, otherwise Ford and GM are having a good time at the top in the ultra heavies. Yes, there should be a cab&chassis set up.

Hey, why not? Maybe being we have a real diesel engine, why not a real transmission to go with it?

I doubt you'll see the med duty Dodge until 2005 at the earliest, at least that's what my Dodge tech friends tell me. This is the first I've heard about the Allison though..... Sounds too good to be true.
