New b20 and e85 station in Cleveland, OH

WOW - 40' Diesel RV - WVO - solar - FOR RENT!

Here is my 2004. 5 Dodge 2500 4X4 with a mechanical lift pump. I finally have it setup the way I want it, so I figured I would share. Works great. By the way I had some help from Shane at Roverhybrids, he has quite a bit of experience with these trucks.

Truck uses harbor freight polyethylene sprayer tank w/hotfox. HIH up to hi flow 3 port valve, then into pump, hi flow 3 port valve, then 2 Micron filter (with Dana filter wrap not pictured), then into 26 plate heat exchanger, then into CP3 injection pump. Return is HOH, looped on vegetable oil side. Pump runs both the diesel side and svo side. I can monitor everything from fuel PSI to Fuel temp, EGT's etc with the Quadzilla commander monitor on the pillar. Check out the pics.

You first sentence is misleading. "Here is my 2004. 5 Dodge 2500 4X4 with a mechanical pump. " My first thought was you put in a p pump, I think thats the only way I would run WVO on a third gen. Good luck hope you have great results.

Lift pump...

Sorry I meant FUEL BOSS lift pump. No way these trucks need a P Pump, the CP3 is very good with the WVO, granted I personally only have about 20k miles on mine, but others have many more miles with much success with the CP3.

Nice looking setup. Been looking for someone that has done a conversion on this year of truck. Would it be possible for you to post a schematic and or a build sheet of the system? Thanks
