I replaced the rear rotors and calipers and pads and seals both sides. Now in putting it back together the inner seal is pretty fancy and has to be pressed on when you tighten the outer nut thingy. I don't have the fancy tool for this just a hammer and a punch I tried to put them nut back to where it was when I took it apart and it feels a little tight. I say that because the rubber seal is squeaking and it is a bit tight feeling. However, if I back it off one notch and key it there it feels kinda loose.

What are the specs per DC?

I do not now the specific torque that DC wants. This is usually what I do, bearings must be pre-lubed to do this, tighten to 10ftlbs, rotate clockwise a couple revolutions, tighten to 15ftlbs and rotate again. Without rotating the hub or bumping it, back the nut completely off, tighten finger tight and lock down. If the lock will not line up, tighten just enough to get the lock on.
