I'd like to see guillotine shut offs instead of fuel shut offs on the diesels... . runaways happen... and cutting the fuel won't always do the trick.

I like rule #5 on the STREET DIESEL class  :

"5. Stock appearing injection pump"

Hard to tell the difference between a Scheid, Piers, or an OEM pump... . except for the removal of paint or the repaint... .

Does this mean that 24-valve heads have to have VP-44's? Or can they run a 'stock appearing' P-7100?

Matt

Guys this a nice pulling track, with bleachers that seat several thousand people.

I went to a couple of last years pulls at this place and will be back again this year!

Thanks for posting the info!

THANKS JUSTIN , WE HAVE ADDED 180 FT OF BLEACHERS THIS YEAR , SO WE CAN SEAT WELL OVER 7500 PEOPLE AND EXPECT THEY WILL BE PACKED AGAIN THIS YEAR . PLUS WITH $3500. 00 DIESEL PAYOUT ON JULY8 DURING THE FAIR , I THINK WE WILL HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH TRUCKS. NOT TO MENTION A TWO DAY NTPA GRAND NATIONAL EVENT.

Green,

Does that mean if bring my truck from TN that i have to drive it to the pull from a hotel? If I came i would trailer it up there. It's a street diesel. no way i would want to drive that far from home without a way back! :D

Nick

JUST WHAT IT SAYS , " DRIVEN TO THE PULL " , I DONT CARE IF U UNLOAD IT DOWN THE STREET , JUST AS LONG AS YOU DRIVE THRU THE GATE , AND HAVE TAGS & INSURANCE , HOPE YOU WILL COME AND BRING ALL YOUR PULLIN FRIENDS. I THINK WE HAVE ONE OF THE BEST & NICEST FACILITY IN THE STATE.
